How To Use
Hiesol™ will be available in Small (US Size 5-7) and Large (US size 7-14) and comes with cut-out guides so you can trim into a smaller size as needed.
1. Use your foot to directly measure the needed size for the
insoles and cut accordingly.
2. Simply insert the insole in your footwear as such
(with/without replacing existing insole) :
- With its respective left and right sides
- Flat side down with raised nodes right-side up
3. You may have it on for as long as you’re comfortable with,
even all day long!
4. Clean and air-dry insoles regularly
